Solid Support You Can Feel

After dealing with a flimsy bed frame in the past, I really appreciate the strong center support bar on this metal bed. Exceptional customer service provides a win/win!

I recently moved and have been sleeping on an air mattress on the floor. I have difficulty getting up since I suffer lower back pain so I was looking forward to a new bed frame. I got this half off and was happy to find it since I was also considering second hand but trying to figure out if it would fit in my SUV and I would have to drive 1.5 hours round trip to get it. I'm glad I discoved this at Walmart.com because it was the exact same bed for less than used. When it arrived the package was damaged as well as the Styrofoam packaging. Many of the parts were scratched and dinged. I'm not sure whether it was all the shipping or defective parts combined but it is sturdy and I was able to turn the parts that more damaged to the wall. After a couple days and after I recieved the email to rate this item I called Walmart to inform them. AI informed me that the only resolution was to return it for a refund or replacement. I didn't want to bother with the hassel of taking it apart or taking the chance that another would arrive in the same condition so I asked to speak to a human. The most wonderful customer service agent answered promptly and when I explained the situation she offered a partial refund which I was more than happy with but when she returned from a brief hold she offered to refund the whole purchase price and before the conversation was finished I received a confirmation email that it had been processed. Now that is the best customer service I have ever received and exceeded my expectations for a resolution. Before I buy anything second hand I will look at Walmart.com first and shop with confidence. Full stars for customer service and a nice sturdy bed.

Have fun and feel good to put the pieces together by the marked number in order just in one hour. Second, it looks fantastic and modern. Like the design!Lastly, it is high quality and sturdy.
