Excellent Thermometer

Easy to use and a big plus is that it is waterproof. I don't "wash" it in the sink, but I have had other thermometers fail because of splashes near the sink. Readout is easy to see and the backlight helps when cooking out at night. Note to purchasers: batteries on my unit were installed but with a protective plastic film. Remove battery cover and remove film before trying to use.
