My previous review was me being dumb. It's fine

I reviewed this previously saying that I was still looking into the matter of it not being at all what I asked. Turns out I was being dumb about the disk drive and not opening it right. It has the disk drive I wanted and that's all I bought it for. So I can watch movies on a laptop and be able to have it louder than what my DVD player that my mom bought for me could make it. The only issue I had was with the key and we are currently getting that sorted out. They'll be having me send it back so that they can deal with the key. I'd say if you buy this for watching movies on it that are on DVDs Then it's worth the buy. The reason I don't rate it five stars is because of the small issue with the key. Now I feel horrible for leaving that review But I'd assume that this one would make up for it. This is definitely a good item for people who only want to watch DVDs on it. I feel completely awful for my previous review.

Said it's new, but it's not - it's refurbished

If you're looking for a pre-owned laptop with about 10 months left of updatable windows, this is the laptop for you. Even though the advertisement specifies it's new with the latest windows updates. it's not. It arrived quickly %26 powered up without problem, but that's the only good thing about it. The day after arrival, I turned it on %26 immediately got the message that Windows 10 will not be supported after Oct 2025. I also noticed the barcode on the bottom had been scraped off. When I emailed support, I was told they don't sell new laptops, only refurbished ones. I said the ad said new %26 sent a screenshot of it, but was told I was wrong %26 he reiterated they don't sell new laptops. It also doesn't have a decent media player for music, although the dvd player is OK, I can't burn cd's. It may be sold through Walmart, but it's provided by a Dell reseller. All-in-all, it's ok but I won't make the mistake of buying from here again.

I will give you 100 if I got the right one, but the one you sent me is the wrong one and has the wrong model and I want the one that I wanted that you or out of from you and I talked to Walmart and they said they sent you a message, but I'm not giving up because I want mine. The one that I ordered not the one you sent me other than that I'm OK.
