I have contact ASN Depot for a refund because the computer they sold me did not work . They told me they would send me a new battery never received it so I called them again and they said they would email me a return label so I can send it back to them for a refund that never happened either. These guys are scam artists.

Stay away! Not Open Box. No box even given. Cameras were wrapped in bubble wrap and dumped in a plastic shipping bag. The charging cubes are not original Simplisafe products and had scratches. No directions on install or any Simplisafe paperwork. Here's what Open Box should be per Walmart: What is Open Box ? Excellent condition with no signs of usage and still in its original packaging or generic packaging. Packaging can be open or show signs of wear, but original accessories are included. Instructions are included for appropriate categories.
