I originally started drinking Celestial Seasoning herb teas because plain water gets boring, and I can't drink regular tea (the smell stops me). I've been alternating the berry flavors for years. I've been drinking this for about 20 years now. It's one of the few herbal teas I've tasted that has any real flavor. Mind you, I let it steep for 10 minutes first to get maximum flavor and also to avoid drinking it too hot, which can be a problem for your throat.
