What is this?
Planter pots use drainage saucers to collect the excess water that drains from pots after watering. Also can be used to soak plants to promote germination.
Are there any advantages of the product?
The shallow plates prevent the water flow through the soil in the container and out the bottom drainage holes onto the planting shelf, table, flooring, carpet, decking, furniture, or patio slab. Conducive to hydrophilous plants to keep the soil moist.
How to use it?
Place a saucer underneath the flowerpot and fill the saucer with fresh water when it's time to water. Let it soak for several hours. Empty the saucer and let the remaining water drip out.
What should I notice?
Standing water will promote excess soil moisture and cause plant roots to get bad. The dishes need to be drained after each watering.
