This cup is great but it's hard to keep clean and the top part where the straw comes out keeps chipping off, so it's getting harder and harder to keep closed when not in use. Other than that we really liked this cup.

maybe I should have realized the insulation was plastic, but I didn't know "double wall insulation" meant plastic. maybe it's for safety, but my 10 month old is already drinking from my full size stainless steel water bottle on her own, so I wanted real insulation. in my opinion, it's too expensive for what it is. I don't think a "bite safe" straw really means much. there are plenty of water bottles with soft straws. To be fair, though, my daughter doesn't have teeth yet, so maybe I'll see the use in it once she does. I wish I would've just bought her a bottle meant for older kids, to be honest. 4 stars is being generous. I think the bottle may be useful for younger babies, and maybe I should've realized the insulation would be plastic
