I've bought this and the two of the taller ones. Has been throw across room onto hardwood floor and only slow-drip leaks if left totally upside down for extended periods.

EVERY other cup that has claimed to be spill proof has NOT been spill proof with my grandchildren. I ordered this 360 cup as a daycare request and I was highly surprised becuae it does NOT leak!
