The reason for the 5 stars is it's exactly what the description and reviews claim. Don't expect something you can hard pack completely full of laundry or a full basket you can easily roll all over the place but it definitely doesn't have an issue holding laundry and rolling around a laundry room ect. I use it in our 5th wheel bathroom where the W/D is and it fits perfectly slim in the corner. For context, I've had a set of sheets, 4 pair of mens work jeans, towels and misc laundry all piled in there and it held it with no problem.
