It's HUGE we used it sideways, we plan on making a cushion for the top and we added feet to the bottom. We are using it as a reading seat for my daughter's classroom. It was so easy to assemble for it together in under an hour with two kids running around me lol.

Great product. Just bummed how they seem to be getting less and less quality. I've owned several of these items and compared to the first ones to now the quality has most definitely gone down. More times than not they don't line up correctly and makes putting together interesting.
