Glad I bought this

I am very happy with this purchase. It arrived already assembled, which was a big plus for me. I do a lot of crafting and wanted a pedal exerciser to use under my craft table to keep my knees moving. I chose the elliptical because I can have both feet flat while pedaling. It is very sturdy. I have it set at the lowest setting, and noticed a difference in my range of motion even after the first time using it. My knees aren't as stiff now when I am done crafting for the day. Now, whenever I sit down to craft for a while, I will always use my under-desk elliptical.

Physical Therapy for the knees

It fits perfectly under my work desk and I can use it whenever I am at my desk working or playing games on my computer. I basically use it as therapy for my knees. When I get up, my knees are not stiff. I don't like the fact that it is much heavier than anticipated, thereafter it a pain to move around the house. My work area is upstairs and my tv and entertainment is downstairs, so I have to take it downstairs when watching tv.

Sit down elliptical peddler

Just received the item and love love it. Had read the reviews and was really worried about how well it would work. I have one knee that was a total replacement and the other is in pretty bad shape. Was worried that it would make my knees really hurt. But I have been able to sit and use it for 45 mins before I get tired. So far my knees have been really great. Highly recommend this machine if you have mobility issues. It is a bit heavy to lift but that is one small issue. Oh when I got it the tension was turned up to 8 and it took me few minutes to realize it. Once I turned it down to 2 it was great. My 11 year old daughter is also using it when she is sitting down and watching TV. it has been hard for her to get exercise with the pandemic so she has gained a bit of weight. Hoping that we can both lose weight and get healthier by using it.
