Excellent Way to Exercise at Work!

I bought the under desk elliptical machine in the hopes of getting more exercise while I'm stuck behind a desk for 8-10hrs a day. I was hesitant at first because I wasn't sure how distracting the machine would be while trying to work on spreadsheets and emails. It was only distracting for the first couple hours. After that, I almost forgot it was there while I worked. I've been using the elliptical for the past two months and I love it! I feel more energized during the day and better about myself because I got some low-intensity cardio in. The first elliptical I bought broke after 6 weeks and Stamina was very quick to identify the problem and send me a new unit. Great customer service experience.

My Green Machine!

If you are used to a full sized elliptical machine, that is not exactly the correct name for this piece of equipment. To me, it feels like riding a bicycle standing up. But it is a great choice for me in between Zumba classes - and with the winter coming, I'll use it on a daily basis. From something that is small, you get a big fitness return - I LOVE IT!

This product came in a nice, compact box that was well packed with all the tools needed to get going. There were 4 pieces you had to assemble yourself, but I did it in under 20 minutes...my husband stood by thinking he would have to swoop in to save me but it didn't happen! Ha! It has a smooth flow, which is nice. If it doesn't seem smooth, just adjust the knob to lessen the intensity and you'll see that it can be smoother. I'm in good shape and hit the gym 4 days a week but wanted something to use while we binge watched tv at night. This fits the bill. I'm 5'4" (120 lbs) so the stride length isn't perfect but it works. And if you feel like it's not doing it for you, just squat or go backwards to get a better motion. The electronic piece does a great job of showing number of strides, time, calories, etc. No problems! My husband tried it out as well. He's 5'9" and 185 lbs and he found that his legs were burning after a couple of minutes and that it also required balance, so I feel this could be a bit of a workout for anyone!
