Like many people I am often challenged with trying to find time to get to the gym. I'm up at 5:00 a.m. and seldom make it home before 9:00 p.m. running from work to my kids' sporting events. My Green Machine!

If you are used to a full sized elliptical machine, that is not exactly the correct name for this piece of equipment. To me, it feels like riding a bicycle standing up. But it is a great choice for me in between Zumba classes - and with the winter coming, I'll use it on a daily basis. From something that is small, you get a big fitness return - I LOVE IT!

I bought the InMotion Elliptical last week, and put it under my desk to use at work. I suffer from terrible arthritis in my left knee, and movement is the best therapy. After just two days of using the InMotion Elliptical machine, I had almost no knee pain and am walking up and down stairs without hesitation. It fits under my desk, and I use it automatically as soon as I sit down. It has been a life saver for someone who sits at a desk all day and the knee pain was almost impossible to bear at times. It is almost nonexistent!
