Easy to put together, had to use hammer to force three legs on ground in, looks exactly as pictured however this cost a lot more than it should for what I expected. Mannequin is styrofoam versus cloth so every time needles go in it will not last long. The base parts are plastic versus wood and the mannequin spins versus stands still and sturdy
