i needed something to take with me everywhere. Im in menopause and going to the doctors or even out to eat with family. When the hot flashes come on. I can flip this open. And sit it on the table at the restaurant and have it blow on me. It goes up several setting and nice and cold. I keep mine on 1 and it cools me off. I never leave the house without it.
