Does not hold a charge for a reasonable period

The noise and power level of this fan are great however, after charging using the USB cable, the charge does not last long. For me, the charge would last about 15 minutes max. Unacceptable in my opinion. Thank goodness I ordered more than one type of mini fan and am pleased with another purchase, but not this one.
