This is the 2nd Masterbuilt smoker I have bought. Our calf chewed the cord off the 1st one. I bought another brand after that happened and it didn’t give my food the smoke aroma and taste I like so I sold it and bought another Masterbuilt! I love it. It’s roomy, gives my food the flavor of smoke I choose. It’s adjustable to hold more smoke or less depending on preference. Easy to assemble and use. I like that the drain pan is larger than on most other brands and easy to empty. This is the best brand that I prefer.

We are very new to the smoking game. We did have to read through the instructions for a couple of things, but overall it was very easy to set up. The pork loin that we smoked the first day was delicious. A definite learning curve on how fast the temperatures climb and then slow. We love the size and functionality of the shelving.
