Great Quality and Size

We are very new to the smoking game. We did have to read through the instructions for a couple of things, but overall it was very easy to set up. The pork loin that we smoked the first day was delicious. A definite learning curve on how fast the temperatures climb and then slow. We love the size and functionality of the shelving. Overall would recommend!

Everything they said it was

Works just like it claims and all the reviews state. Would not wait to add the cold smoker to it as it really makes a difference. Ran it only once before purchasing the cold smoker to make things so much easier.
