I like that it has a box spring built in, I have two mattresses at my place but only had one box spring. I actually use the LED lights occasionally too since the have a timer and you can adjust the brightness. I use the led's when I'm watching tv with all the lights off and my bed is lit up enough where I can find the remote/my phone/ect.. Makes me feel like a backlit keyboard. If you have a box spring don't use it or you won't be able to see the headboard.

Easy Assembly, bed frame looks good not too big not too small. Only issue is we are still experiencing some creaking even after reinforcing the bed. Might be an error on set up but overall we are happy with the product for the amount we paid. Very budget friendly

Not sure about sturdiness. My 14-yr old son sleeps with me for now until I can get him his own bed. Pretty light, can be kicked to another location. Looks nice, love the LED lights with remote. I hired a handyman and it took him too long about 3.5 hours. The storage underneath is a metal crate, haven't used them yet, still have to figure what to use to line them. The slats are not close to each other, rather are spaced. Serves my own immediate purpose having just moved in.
