This Frigidaire freezer is perfect for me. I've been wanting a second freezer for ages since the one in my fridge is so small and I rent not own. My kitchen is not very big but has a door that leads to a garage so I put it there and I have to say I am very impressed! I love that its upright with 6 shelves inside to keep frozen good organized and easily accessible. I definitely prefer this over a deep freezer where you have to take things out to get something at the bottom...no thanks lol. After it was delivered I unboxed it and had to peel off all of the clear shrink wrap they put around it during packaging. The only assembly it really needed was the hinges for the door if you wanted to reverse it. Other than that the wheels were on, shelves where in. I took some tape off the shelves they used to hold them in place during shipping, plugged it in and was able to store frozen food in 2 hours. I hope this review helps with your purchase decision! You cannot beat the price and the space you will get.

Was not delivered as promised. Was broken, and customer service suggested they would help, that a label would be sent, but was not ever sent. The instructions were to walk the steps to start a return, but the button was NOT available to do so. This was a gift for friend that was having surgery to aid in stocking up on food while she was recovering. It became a nightmare that would not end. We still can not get anyone to aid in picking up the item.
