Mrs. Renfro's line of salsas are my favorite jarred salsa. The peach sweetness brings the perfect counter to the spiciness of the jalapeños. Its one of the favorite bases I use as apart of my poaching liquid for more dense, white fish like catfish, Black Sea Bass and Wild Atlantic Cod. I definitely recommend Mrs. Renfro's because the versatility is this salsa is fantastic.

I like everything about this. It is very tasty, but it is mild, not heavily spiced. I use it in a pork chop, bell pepper, onion casserole over rice, 350 degrees for 1 hour, foil covered, 15 minute more uncovered, cook rice separate, and it is GOOD. Husband's favorite.
