The seller sent me the wrong type of corn. When I asked about it, they were unprofessional, stating I could ‘clearly see’ they sent the right thing instead of asking about what was wrong, etc. Then when I sent proof, they complained that I didn’t do enough. Never did they admit a mistake. This is the final email, completely unprofessional and never admitting or apologizing for the error.
Dear kellie, we know what we are talking about. we are talking professionally. If you made a complain against another, you should provide that what you receive, how you receive. what is missing. but you didn't. However, we know what we send to you. I already gave you our product picture which is same to same as our listing, We have camera monitored packaging area, so we know. If you want discount, you can clearly said to us, we are free to help you out and solve your problem.
I expect more from a Walmart seller, at least professionally handling their mistake. They were timely in their unprofessional responses at least.

Thank you for your comment. However, you are still fighting. we told you, if you don't want or keep the product, feel free to return the products and get your money back. Also, We apologized and we send you offer too, but you didn't say anything. you were attacking us.
We told that to you "It's not bargaining, my opinion is if you don't want to the product you feel free to return, or if you want to keep it, we will give you $15 refund to your account. Now it's your choice.

"I already got the refund from Walmart, you as the seller don't need an
opinion, just ship what is ordered and admit a mistake. Now stop
harassing me with your nonsense. You STILL don't acknowledge the wrong
product was sent and you now think offering a refund after I left a
review will matter. "
We ask many times to send the picture of the product to us that you received, but you never send to us. Now think about that who is wrong.
However, we are human being, no one is 100% right, it is possible to make wrong but we need to show that mistaken.
