I had extensive spine surgery in January. I had a grabber given to me during my hospital stay. What a helpful tool!!! I decided to order 3 more- with the light. I have them in different areas of the house. The light is a game changer! I'll be having extensive spine surgery again in November. I'll definitely be bringing one of these with me to the hospital! Very helpful but has several drawbacks. Light has to be turned on before you use grabber %26 is not convenient to turn on. It's at bottom of grabber. Also stick collapses when you pick up anything kinda heavy. Piece poking out on side of hinges catches on everything's. Should be elsewhere for sure. If not necessary to operation I'll clip it off. I would still recommend it.
