Well-made and useful tool.

While it is also useful to pick up items dropped behind something, with my knees it is often called upon to just pick up something right in front of me. It is made of plastic but it's well-made plastic. You can certainly turn your wrist to position the gripping end but the 'claw' itself can be rotated 90 degrees - a simple but nice feature. It has a small magnet on the gripping end with fair attraction. Recommended.

It is better than anything I've used. It grabs very well. Easy to handle and picks up very well. I dropped a small pill and I didn't think it would pick it up but it did very easily. I love it. This item has more features than I expected.. One, it folds in half for travel. And, it's got this cool little flashlight aimed just right. One improvement would be to make the flashlight rechargeable. But, I'll see how long the battery(ies?) last(s).
