Everything is ok as far as I know. Bought it and received it through Wall-Mart not realizing third party sellers are involved quite often. I opened the box and turned it on and I have an extremely hard time seeing the letters on the keys etc. They are a soft color against a sort of neutral back ground. Sort of blending into the back ground.. I am going to try to exchange this for something with a backlit keypad. This isn't meant to be a negative review it's just meant to make people aware.
