I loved eating cassava cheese bread with a cold yogurt smoothie while growing up. I bought this tapioca flour to make them. The first time I used the recipe in the back of the package but I have to admit I was not a fan or the recipe, so I recommend you don't use that. Instead I used a recipe from laylita.com and all my family loved them so much. Kids keep asking. I make themose again, so here I am I week later again buying another bag of Red Mill Tapioca Flour.

Makes a great flat bread stuffed with cheese

I use this as pat of a gluten free flour mixture. It helps to make the mix bake up just like wheat flour so you can use it 1 for 1 in exchange for wheat in baking. The recipe is Wendy Wark's gluten free flour mi. using a 2:1 ratio of white rice flour to brown rice flour. I am on a gluten free diet. Enjoy. God Bless America

Bob's Red Mill baking products have consistently been a good source for healthier options and good recipe results. With finding their tapioca flour I can make gluten-free recipes as needed and now have found a substitute for corn starch which some were also having digestive issues with.
