It blends out really easily, especially if you tap it in with your fingers, and it sits nicely over both makeup and bare skin. The only reason I'm not giving a full 5 is the sponge tip—it can get a little messy if you're not careful. Overall though, it's such a good, affordable highlighter and I'd definitely repurchase.
