PR MIL Baked Highlighter, Champagne D'oro 02

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Baked Highlighter from Milani Cosmetics gives a pleasant, light shimmer without being too shimmery. It is certainly buildable if you're looking for more radiance. I received the shade Rosa Italiana, which has some pinkish pigment to it which works well with my skin tone and blush color. It's easy to apply with a brush or your fingertips. The powder goes on easily and is super lightweight. The size is travel friendly.

It’s highly pigmented so you don’t need a lot of product. I loved putting it with a little blush too. This is a great value for the cost and I will be adding it to my rotation.
