I love the flavor, I've been drinking this for over a year now it just soothes and relaxes me. The sticky part you have to open to get to the delicious tea rubes my teszture issues wrong. You can put it in a tea jar. You can't beat the price either. I'd say go for it if you like tea and want to relax before bed

I used to drink Sleepy Time tea when I was in high school but had totally forgotten about it for a long time. I found it again when my husband went to the hospital and it was a Godsend. I drank a mug before bed every night and it helped so much. It smells wonderful, tastes minty with hints of licorice (not too much), and helped me relax and sleep during a very stressful time. From now on, I will always have this tea in my cabinet.
