For years I have always bought Anker braided charging cables. They are reliable, last a long time and the rubber up against the port helps preserve the cables at the most stressed part if you use your phone while it's charging. I akways get black or grey for usb to A and red for usb c to c so I grab the right cable when going on a trip! Iykyk! Make sure you aren't purchasing counterfeits.
