It's great having a single machine for pods and carafe. Thr add water light doesn't work on mine but I didn't bother returning it as the water reservoir is easy to see and fill.

Requires Coffee Filter

The traditional, drip coffee machine requires a filter. I went to plug in the machine and discovered this so didn't even put water in to use the appliance. While coffee filters are cheap, my coffee pot has a built in filter and I'm used to that. I returned the product because of this. If you're used to using filters, then this product would be good for you. Not too big and doesn't take up too much space. Just not for me.
