This is my second one. The first one lasted 6 years! It finally gave up the ghost and peed all over my counter...something inside came apart. I love this unit. It creates the hottest brew water that I have tried...and my morning coffee is always consistant and tastes great. So, when it finally quit, I immediately searched and found the very same model number and ordered it. Had to wait an entire day for it to be delivered ;-) (for free).
