I am a loyal customer of Hamilton Beach.

This is my second coffee maker station. I did not give the first one the proper maintenance, and even so, it lasted me several years. I am a faithful customer of Hamilton Beach.

Great coffee maker for hard water area

This is the third Hamilton Beach coffeemaker we've purchased in the last 15+ years. Because of the hard water in our area, other makers like Mr Coffee, calcify in a matter of a few months. We replaced the last one because the coffee flow into a cup wasn't working properly, and I couldn't find a way to correct it. It seemed to be an issue with the “lever” that you push the cup against. Very happy with product.
