Needed Update

The laptop came faster than expected which was a great plus to me and in new condition with no physical issues. However, the only negative thing that I can say is that as soon as we turned it on, the computer kept saying it needs to restart and do an update but it would NEVER move from that page and kept looping. After several attempts, I emailed the seller in LENGTHY DETAIL and the next day they gave me a short, vague explanation of how to fix it. That did not work so I thought about returning it. I did not want to because this was the 2nd laptop I had bought and had to return the 1st one (from a different seller) because they sent the wrong charger and I couldn't charge it and use it (it came to me at 30%). I ended up looking on YouTube and luckily was able to get the problem fixed through SetUp (F2).
