ASUS Chromebook CX15 Laptop, 15.6" FHD Display, Intel® Processor N50, 128GB Storage, 4GB RAM, ChromeOS, Forging Blue

First impression is that the laptop was bigger than I expected. At 15.6" the widescreen set up with near edge to edge display was big. The laptop was in the box as well as the power cord and manual. I had to plug the computer in the first time to power it up and it was into set up mode. It took roughly 10 minutes to set up and 2 hours and 15 minutes to fully charge from a small external battery. After charging I navigated the operating system and watched a YouTube video in 4k before watching the braves game from MLB. I ran the entire game from start to finish and ended with a 49% battery life. I started to customize it and noticed the os was actually Google. It is a very user friendly interface . The fit and finish of the laptop is simple and light but it didn't feel cheep at all. If I didn't know the price, I would assume it was mid-high level pricing. The downward firing speakers may be the only obvious thing in quality I didn't like. The keyboard is is acceptable but at this price point, you should not expect back lighting. My overall impression of this laptop is an 8/10 for general use and 10/10 for value.

Performance has been smooth for basic activities, though it can get a little slower if too many tabs or apps are open at once. Battery life has also been decent and lasts several hours with regular use. Since I received this laptop as a reward, I'm honestly impressed with the overall quality and functionality. It's a practical option for students or anyone looking for a simple laptop for daily tasks.
