revlon eyeliner

the revlon colorstay eyeliner is one of the best drugstore eyeliners i've tried. it goes on smoothly, gives a rich color, and lasts all day without smudging. the formula is supposed to be waterproof, and while it holds up well for the most part, it can smudge a little if your eyes get watery. overall, it's a great eyeliner for the price, perfect for everyday use if you want something that looks clean, stays put, and doesn't break the bank.
