Jamie the sales associate was outstanding. She spent and hour trying to get me signed up to receive a slowed credit card. Your online process is screwed up. You can't go online to purchase without having to sign up for a Lowe's customer or business credit card. The next step is to get a six dutiful code that's sent to both your email address and phone number. That doesn't work in store because internet capibilyy doesn't work in the store. Major problem. Duh

Solid, reliable, and useful.

Assembly is easy, and the shelves are extremely sturdy and reliable. My biggest complaint is that it's not easy to find appropriately priced extra shelf levels alone. It's almost cheaper to get a whole unit. They're a perfect fit in a standard 8ft high room with plenty of room to fit stuff on top and have a great amount of storage space.

Perfect shelving unit

At 71 years old I was worried about getting that heavy box to my garage. I opened on the stoop and carried the pieces one at a time. Once to where I needed the shelving system, I started erecting the shelves. The rubber mallet was essential to lock in place, which to me makes this a very sturdy steel structure. I was very happy with the versatility of the shelves. Everything ended up fitting just perfectly. And it got all that stuff off the floor! I will buy another soon.
