Bounces air blower

The air blower was not working properly and it was hard to keep the bouncing up for longer time. Borrowed a blower and it work perfectly. I tried to report to Walmart in the IA chat and it didn't work to get it resolved by asking to replace it or return item. Not available to talk to a representative
