I purchased this on July 4th and realized I didn't need it anymore(plus I bought a different size one a week before and realized that despite it being pricey, it's made very cheaply when 3 eyeholes busted within a day of brleing set up)and requested it to be canceled the next morning when it was still being prepared. There were 2 items in this order from different sellers and the other one canceled with no problem. A day later my request was still pending while they hadn't even finished preparing it. I get notified in another day that it's been shipped! So within those few days instead of canceling my order they went ahead and sent it out anyways just because they didn't want to give my money back!
