Nice Olympic Curling Bar

This is a very nice Olympic curling bar. The construction is very good. The weight section rotates which is important when lifting heavy weights. The hand grip section has a rough grip area (good). You will want to use workout gloves. I am a long time weight lifter. I have a small home gym for days that I don't have time to go to my local YMCA. This bar is a great addition to my workout equipment. I use it for bicep curls, tricep curls, close grip bench press and bent over rows. I am very impressed by the quality and value of this curling bar.

Heavy duty curl bar. 2 inch weights fit perfectly onto the bar and it comes with the clamps so it doesn't fall off. It has a great angle for curling and other work outs. It can definitely hold a lot of weight if you can do that much.
