AMYET provides a one-year limited warranty to the original retail purchaser of the G60 electric bicycle, beginning on the original date of purchase. This limited warranty applies only to products purchased new from an authorized seller and used under normal, non-commercial conditions in accordance with the user manual. During the one-year warranty period, AMYET will evaluate verified claims involving defects in materials or workmanship affecting covered bicycle components. Depending on the nature of the confirmed defect, AMYET may, at its discretion, provide troubleshooting assistance, replacement parts, repair support, or another appropriate warranty solution. The lithium-ion battery includes three months of free replacement coverage for verified manufacturing defects, beginning on the original purchase date. Normal reduction in battery capacity caused by use, age, storage conditions, temperature, charging habits, or ordinary battery wear is not considered a manufacturing defect. Warranty claims require valid proof of purchase, the order number, product model, frame serial number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs or videos showing the reported issue. The customer may also be asked to complete reasonable troubleshooting steps so that the cause of the issue and the correct replacement component can be identified. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear items or routine maintenance, including tires, inner tubes, brake pads, brake cables, chains, sprockets, grips, seats, pedals, cosmetic finishes, or other components that naturally wear during use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, abuse, accidents, collisions, overloading, stunts, commercial use, rental use, neglect, inadequate maintenance, improper storage, corrosion, fire, flooding, excessive water exposure, unauthorized repairs, incompatible accessories, or modification of the motor, controller, battery, wiring, display, speed settings, or electrical system. Damage caused by using a non-approved battery, charger, replacement part, or accessory is not covered. Damage occurring during customer-arranged transportation, improper packaging, or repair by an unauthorized third party is also excluded unless approved in writing by AMYET in advance. Replacement parts provided under this warranty do not extend the original warranty period. Labor charges, inspection fees, transportation expenses, and third-party repair costs are not covered unless AMYET provides prior written authorization. To request warranty service, contact AMYET customer support with your proof of purchase, order number, frame serial number, shipping information, and supporting photographs or videos. Do not return the bicycle or any component without receiving return or service instructions. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state. Where applicable law does not permit certain limitations or exclusions, those limitations or exclusions may not apply.
