Bike broke in less than a week. Contracted the seller for a refund and the gave me then run around. They kept telling me to troubleshoot the bike when I asked them for a refund. This went on for almost a month, then I was told I wasn't eligible for a refund since the window had past. Now obviously they never intended to give me a refund since they never initiated the claim and throughout all are emails the kept telling me to troubleshoot a broke bike

I don't recommend anyone purchase this bike for several reasons. When it came I took it out of the box and assembled it. The rear tire was completely flat and wouldn't hold air. I immediately contacted the company via email and told them. They responded by requesting a video of the flat tire and advising that I make sure the tire was on the rim. I could hear the air escaping whenever I tried to fill it so knew it was a blown inner tube probably because it was 115 degrees out when they delivered it and it had been in a truck that was even hotter. So I sent a pic of the tire and they weren't responding so I bought a tube and replaced it. The instructions are extremely hard to follow and although written in English don't make sense. For anyone buying this you need a minimum 34-36 inch inseam to ride it. Rode it for .2 miles and seemed ok but some settings (brighteness speed limit etc) needed changing but the instructions are no help. Took it out day 2 and after two blocks the chain jumped 4 gears and jammed in the derailleur bending the heck out of it to where it won't stay on the gears. Sent another email and they said send us a video of the derailleur. About two weeks later they sent me a derailleur but the chain has no master link to remove it. I sent another email asking if there was a master link to take the chain off? They said send us a video of the chain????? Ok. A week later they sent a message that I can buy a tool to take apart the chain to replace the derailleur. I don't recommend the average person buy this.
