This was my first e-bike, and assembly was quick and straightforward. After putting it together, I ran into an issue with the bike not powering on when I pressed the power button. I contacted the seller through Wal-Mart's website, and they replied within a day with a clear fix. Their communication was prompt and helpful. The bike is a lot of fun to ride and faster than I expected. Overall, I am very satisfied with both the bike and the customer service. Note: In the attached photos, the front fender was installed backward by mistake. Someone kindly pointed it out, and it is now installed correctly.

I’ve now ridden this for about three weeks every day… it’s been an excellent product and has worked very very well. I’m looking forward to when they are able to offer additional batteries, that might extend the travel distance, but it’s been a pleasure to ride!
