Frigidaire Stainless Steel Nugget Ice Maker, 33 lbs Capacity

I bought the first one of these and had it shipped and it died within about a month. I made sure that it was upright for a couple of days before I plugged it in just to be sure the refrigerant would have time to settle. It worked well until it burned up. It got returned. I really like the ice and the size of this machine, so I decided to try it again. I bought one in store and carried it at home making sure to keep it upright. this one has been going for many months and makes ice beautifully and has no issues whatsoever. I'm certain that shipping one and having it mailed and being tipped on its side or upside down is problematic for it. this little ice machine is a champ and I would absolutely buy it again and recommend it to anyone. Yes, it makes noise. The ice is worth it. It takes a very little counter space compared to any of the other nugget ice machines. I know because I've had them. It's very easy to clean and it's even easier when you get an ozone machine and you use ozone water to run through it regularly. It doesn't hurt the machine and it dissipates and is safe to eat the ice that comes out of it, and this way, there is no gunk that builds up in the machine. It's much better than having to take everything apart and clean it all the time. It just stays clean and disinfected. Highly recommended ice machine. Great value!

My only issue with is ice maker is that the ice backs up in the shoot so that machine thinks the basket is full and stops making ice. So you can't walk away from it for long.
