Replaced an old one, identical to this new one. They are industrial, I don't follow guidelines and use high heat with it, I like to do stir fries in it since I don't have a gas stove top for my wok. So for a few years, I can run it on high heat when I choose, and it lasts just fine. Love the large size and the silicone handle.
