Tramontina Signature 10-Inch Tri-Ply Clad Stainless Steel Frying Pan with Ceramic Non Stick Interior, Oven-Safe, Dishwasher-Safe, Induction-Ready

We had originally purchased two Tramontina cooking pots with glass lids. These pots performed excellently on our ceramic stove, which requires a perfectly flat surface on cookware for this type of cook stove. We grew to love the Tramontina cookware. So...when we saw the Tri-Clad Stainless Ceramic fry pans, we purchased an 8inch one to try it out. The fry pan was well designed and very durable. The handle is a perfect ergonomic fit to your hand and a solid handle, not thin shaped. We have recently, purchased a 12inch fry pan, same style and with all the same great features/design of the 8inch fry pan. We're now waiting for the 10inch fry pan to be available, since it's been out of stock for several weeks now. These "Try-Ply Clad Stainless Steel Ceramic Nonstick Fry Pans" are the best fry pans we've ever owned, especially since we upgraded our Kitchen to include a ceramic flat top cooking stove. Other pots and pans do not retain a flat bottom. We've disposed of several pots and fry pans that developed rounded bottoms over time, due to their designs and cooking methods we use. These Tramontina Fry Pans are the best we've found thus far, at a very fair price/value ratio, you can't go wrong. We can't wait until the 10inch pan is available, this will complete the set of this style fry pans.

Excellent, even heating on my induction stove burner. The ceramic coating is nonstick and very easy to clean. The 10 inch size is recommended for my burner and is convenient- has a substantial , solid base but not too heavy. The handle is comfortable also.
