I need this Patbrela Ellipitical I like your exercise machine for your legs. Also help your joints has a remote control different settings different times it's lightweight and easy to pack. You can strap your feet in or leave the straps off. It also comes with two hand held padded handles with cords made for pulling hook when wanting to work your arms also while exercising your feat leg muscles and joints. This is my kind of exercise. It works your muscles and joints you can sit and watch a movie in the process, or while working put under desk. It is very quiet also!!

Neat compact elliptical ,

Elliptical arrived very fast , arrived double boxed, nothing damaged or missing. Being a senior who sits at a computer all day I started thinking about having to figure out a way to get some sort of exercise and thought getting this under desk elliptical might be a good start. Once opened I noticed that the feet paddles or pedals needed to be attached with included bolts and wrench. Very easy to assemble. Then I placed the batteries (included) into the remote control, And along with the manual I went thru the set up process. Then cycled thru the 4 programmed levels. everything is pretty self explanatory. I figured ok it's time to try it out. I ended up doing a 15 minute session on almost the highest speed. Was better after I affixed the straps to hold my feet on so they don't slip off. But I really believe this is something I will be able to do. Without much of a problem. I'm really glad I got it.
