Key item features

  • GREAT FOR BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER: Cook an entire meal any time of day on the electric nonstick griddle with 200 square inches of cooking surface. It fits enough food for a family or a crowd, plus you can use it anywhere you have an outlet.
  • FOUR TIMES MORE DURABLE THAN TRADITIONAL NONSTICK: The Durathon® ceramic nonstick surface is 4 times more durable than traditional nonstick, so foods easily lift off the cooking surface. And the surface won't crack or peel.
  • GRIDDLE LIFTS OFF BASE FOR EASY CORD REVERSAL AND CLEANING: The reversible design lets you adjust the cord access to either side, so you can plug it in to the most convenient outlet. The dishwasher safe griddle removes from the base to make cleaning easy.
  • ADJUSTABLE TEMPERATURE CONTROL FROM 200°-400°F: The heat on this large family griddle is adjustable from 200° to 400°F to cover a wide range of cooking needs, from gentle reheating to quick searing.
  • INDICATOR LIGHT ELIMINATES GUESSWORK: The indicator light goes off when the set temperature is reached so you know it's time to start cooking.
  • EASY TO CLEAN: Once the cord has been removed, the griddle, drip tray and base can go in the dishwasher for easy cleanup.
  • REMOVABLE DRIP TRAY: The removable, dishwasher safe drip tray catches excess grease and spills as you cook, keeping your countertop clean.

The Best Griddle Ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Durathon Reversible Ceramic Griddle is the best that I have used! It cooks evenly and heats evenly every time. I'm also impressed with how it will cook anything. I've found that my steaks are done to perfection when using this griddle. This is so perfect that I plan on buying it for my family as a gift.

Perfect griddle for large families

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family of 5 loves to eat a full breakfast, complete with eggs, bacon, hash browns and pancakes. I love to cook, but I don't like having to use so many pans. Who wants to wash all those dishes? The Hamilton Beach Durathon Reversible Ceramic Griddle is perfect because it's 200 sq in. nonstick cooking surface. It's also easy to clean because of cord reversal. The directions are simple to follow. I highly recommend this griddle!
