2-in-1 Hair Clipper Comb for Girls, Wenini Multifunctional Hair Trimmer Thinning Scissors, Portable Home Hair Cutting Tool for Trimming Split Ends Baby Fine Hair with Removable Blade, Gray

Basically a thin (blunt) razor blade between comb ties. Tried different settings on 2 people's hair and cut ZERO. Waste of time and money. Due to being in a wheelchair and road construction between me and the nearest store I can't take it back and too much hassle to send it back (printer out of ink so can't print label)
