is the assembly hard?

The assembly was not too difficult. Just gotta look at the instructions and maybe a friend to help you other than that, it's pretty easy and simple just tested riding it and its pretty good so far I'm satisfied with it

the bike altogether is pretty good the issue on having and trying to get it resolved or in contact with somebody is a problem but where the forks go through the frame up to the gooseneck has a space to where it rocks back and forth so if I hit a bump or pothole or something it actually gives me momentum to where you want to fly over the handlebars I looked to see if the bearings seated properly and they have I guess it's a spacer issue which don't have manufacturers should supply it but I guess I will continue to try to get in contact with a human or some sort of help they're quick to take your money but not so quick to fix the problem
