Comfortable and Helpful

Really liking this smart ring so far. It tracks sleep, activity, heart rate, oxygen, stress, heart rate variability, steps, and gives helpful daily body and mind metrics without needing a subscription. It's also way more comfortable to sleep with than smart watches, and it's actually pretty too. The app is easy to use and very helpful. Definitely recommend.

Impressed

Works SO WELL for a fraction of the price of other tracking rings. Also adorable!!! I mostly got it just for counting steps and tracking my sleep and they are both very accurate! Comes with a little charging box and the battery on the rings lasts me for days.
