It has a long standby time of almost 5 days! it tracks my sleep, heart rate, blood oxygen, and stress level. Very handy! All measurements are quite accurate. The wring fits well and seems to work well. I already have a Herz P1 smart ring which will need to be replaced in 1/28. I saw this one and the price was much less than my replacement price was going to be for my current ring. I called the number for SmartHealth which is the company associated with this ring and was told, they are just an ins. company and do not sell products. They could not help with any info on this ring. Is there a number I can call to talk about this ring?
